The location is fantastic, just steps from the beach. While the owners were attentive and friendly, the accommodation felt basic. The water pressure was low, and the amenities were minimal. Beach chairs and amenities were a plus, but don’t expect luxury here.

The efficiency room provided a comfortable stay with ample amenities like a microwave and fridge. Enjoying the warm pool after a five-minute walk to the beach made for a relaxing visit. The owners were attentive, ensuring the property remained clean and well maintained. However, the noise from Gulf Blvd and activities near the pool could be disruptive. Parking was tight, making it challenging to maneuver larger vehicles.

The Beachside Resort Motel felt just right for our family getaway. The kitchenette in our one-bedroom apartment made it easy to prepare simple meals. Plenty of space for our bags and the beds were decent for restful nights, though the mattress could use an update. The pool area was super clean and warm, just perfect after a day at the beach. I loved the outdoor furniture. it added to the relaxing vibe. Every staff member I encountered was friendly and helpful, offering us beach towels and chairs. The location is fantastic. just steps away from the beach access, and lots of restaurants and shops within walking distance. Street noise could be bothersome at night, especially if your room is facing Gulf Blvd. All in all, a solid spot for a fun family vacation, despite the need for a mattress upgrade and some minor noise issues.

The property is right on the beach side of Gulf Blvd, easy access to the sand. Room was spacious and had all the essentials for a long stay. You can't beat it.

It wasn't the cheapest option out there, but it was still a solid choice.

Yo, the grilled dishes at Middle Grounds Grill were unreal! Fresh seafood and juicy burgers hitting the spot! Plus, the pool area was pristine and chill. Not to mention, the staff were super helpful, making everything feel easy-breezy.

Super clean room and awesome daily service. The pool was just right, and the beach was super close. Plus, the folks working there were really nice and helpful. Just wish the hot water didn't take ages to kick in during showers.
